-For the sunset at Griffith Observatory.
-For the ability to think.
-For flow and allowance.
-For practicing yoga. It’s been weeks! I was finally able to do a few sun salutations and mild stretching.
-For knowing where pain is coming from and attempting to release it. The attempt is enough for now.
-For food. I ate a lot tonight. I feel happy and full.
